SALES REPRESENTATIVES
We are currently seeking experienced, self-driven and results oriented Sales Representatives to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our Co-operative.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets set by the Co-operative;
- Identify and prospect potential customers, build and maintain a strong customer base;
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth;
- Present, promote, and sell the Co-operative’s products to new and existing customers, both in-person and through digital channels;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction;
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms and conditions with customers;
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and production, to ensure effective product positioning and timely delivery of orders;
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing feedback and recommendations to the management team;
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and promote the Co-operative's products;
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activities, forecasts, and achievements, for management review.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the agriculture or food industry is preferred;
- Strong knowledge of honey product and the apiculture industry is desirable;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships;
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth;
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Proficient in using sales tools for tracking leads, sales activities, and customer information;
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally nationally to meet with customers and attend industry events
- Must be ready to commence work immediately.
